Fry broad bean


Fry broad bean
1) cut green onion, ginger and garlic in piece
2) Add oil in fry pan, heat up and add green onion, ginger and garlic
3) Add broad bean
4) Add salt, white pepper power and garlic power
5) Ready to serve.
简单易行的炒蚕豆
1) 葱, 姜, 蒜切快
2) 加油入锅, 加葱, 姜, 蒜爆香, 加蚕豆,
3) 加盐, 胡椒粉, 香蒜粉
4) 炒熟, 装盘。

Mashed potatoes




 My personal recipe for mashed potatoes
1) Steam potatoes for 40 minutes
2) Peel potatoes and mashed them
3) Add Parmesan chess, salt and white pepper power
4) Mix and ready to serve.

Pan fry enoki mushroom with onion





 Enoki mushroom is good for health. It is often used in Chinese cuisine.  Oridinary mushroom has only plain flavor. I added onion into mushroom to make it more tasty.
1) Cut Enoki mushroom bottom off, only keep top part,
cut onion, green onion, ginger and garlic in piece
2) Add oil in fry pan, heat up and add green onion, ginger and garlics
3) Add onion piece, then add enoki mushroom
4) Add salt, white pepper power and garlic power
5) Ready to serve.

steam pumpkin



 1) Cut pumpkin into pieces, be careful, pumpkin is hard and difficult to cut
2) Steam pumpkin for 20 minutes
3) Ready to serve, it is very sweet and soft.

Bake the beef meatball




The cooked beef meatball is from Costco. Simply baked 375F degree for 15 minutes
and turn over and ready to eat.

Cooking shrimp wonton soup




Using frozen authentic Asian   shrimp wonton soup. It  is easy to cook.
Soup tastes quite good. After water boiling, only  ten minutes to go.
